Between the founders alone, we have over 20 years of experience, with several teams within niche and targeted areas across cyber. We’re also incredibly proud of our expertise within diversity and inclusion and the services that we can offer within this to genuinely make a difference.

Known as the Man of the People, I have a passion for all things Customer Service. Having gained a broad experience across multiple sectors and disciplines, my current focus is servicing the needs of our Vendor Client base and Revenue generating candidates.


Graduated with a degree in Biology, I work within the governance, risk, and compliance area of cybersecurity, helping our clients build their teams within this core patch. I am proud to be part of a team that is always there for each other and for the success we have achieved throughout the pandemic.


Passionate about music, exercise, and my family. I love to talk, listen, and help others along the way in their journey to success! My core cyber areas include Security Operations, Security Engineering, Penetration Testing, Application Security to name a few.


With two and a half years experience, I’m now focusing on the contract market within cybersecurity. I love both playing and enjoying football, as well as other sports such as tennis! At the weekend, I enjoy films and socialising with friends (when the Government allows it!)


After joining the team in July 2020 for my year in industry, as part of my degree, my role at LT Harper is to look after all things digital marketing and social media. In my spare time, I’m passionate about all things theatre, so if you need me, you’ll probably find me in the West End!


After playing football at a high level in my younger years I took the dive into recruitment just over a year and a half ago. I now specialise in the technical side of cybersecurity recruitment e.g. SecOps, Pen Testing, AppSec helping match the right professionals with the right organisations.


After studying ‘Feminist History’ and ‘Race in Modern Social Contexts’, I was particularly excited about bringing conversations about diversity into a real-world context and have worked on developing our Women in Cyber Diversity initiatives!


I support the championing & the international growth for a truly outstanding company. My journey has taken me from Glasgow to London to Los Angeles back to London. My key areas of focus are Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Threat Hunting and Penetration Testing.



Working in the Technical Pre-Sales area, comes with immense satisfaction when you find a candidate their dream job or a client the perfect candidate. Outside of work, I’ve cycled from London to Geneva, completed a few triathlons and raised over £10,000 for the Red Cross.


I’m a highly experienced former Global partner, who specialises in cybersecurity strategy, control, and risk. I’m retired from both EY and PA, and at present, I’m currently working with Executive Boards and individuals on improving cyber resilience.


I’m a board advisor to multiple start-ups and keen X-Fitter! Professionally speaking, I’m passionate about the benefits of cognitive diversity as a key ingredient of successful organisations and am focused on the benefits of supporting and enabling great people to deliver their best… the right processes and technology will follow!

Meet Co-Founder, Kunjal

I’ve always been passionate about ensuring that women are fairly represented in tech careers and have made a commitment to making this a huge part of LT Harper’s focus. I was recently a Finalist in the Everywoman Women in Business Awards largely down to the work I’ve done to promoting diversity and inclusion in the sector.

Beyond the ability to make an impact to diversity and inclusion in the industry, I love recruitment because of the phenomenal relationships you can build within the community you recruit in. Over the years, that’s the thing that I’ve always found most rewarding.

Meet Co-Founder, Justin

With over 20 years recruitment experience, across the Financial Services, Pharma, Technology and C&I sectors, I’ve become highly motivated to ensure that LT Harper offers its staff a meaningful, supportive and challenging career whilst delivering a world class service to their customers / should be (our) customers.

In my spare time I am a keen golfer and a try-hard triathlete. I enjoy good food, family and friends. A dad of two, and recent owner of a lockdown puppy!
