Contractor Services

Our contractor services including a comprehensive onboarding and compliance process, electronic timesheet process and informed advice related to UK / US and European Contracting considerations.

We also offer an IR35 status review tool that allows contractors to generate their status determination statement. With the HMRC CEST tool frequently failing to make a determination, contractors and clients have found this tool invaluable in making the right decisions.

LT Harper have partnered with Kingsbridge Insurance to offer “IR35 Protect Cover”, which protects whoever HMRC deems liable in an IR35 investigation, mitigating the costs arising from an enquiry, taxes and defence costs for all parts of the supply chain.
