Helping you perform at your best during the process is an important part of the LT Harper way. We provide Client specific interview packs, to help you get fully prepared. Our consultants are trained in behavioural, situational and competency-based interview questioning, allowing us to give you interview tips and feedback, ahead of your interview. Contractor Services
Our contractor services including a comprehensive onboarding and compliance process, electronic timesheet process and informed advice related to UK / US and European Contracting considerations.
We also offer an IR35 status review tool that allows contractors to generate their status determination statement. With the HMRC CEST tool frequently failing to make a determination, contractors and clients have found this tool invaluable in making the right decisions.
LT Harper have partnered with Kingsbridge Insurance to offer “IR35 Protect Cover”, which protects whoever HMRC deems liable in an IR35 investigation, mitigating the costs arising from an enquiry, taxes and defence costs for all parts of the supply chain.
