Base Salary £55k – £65k

Hybrid – London / Home / Site

A Cyber Advisory Associate is needed at a global Cyber Security and Intelligence consultancy. In this rapidly growing Cyber practice, you’ll be part of a team that encourages innovation, backs you to be entrepreneurial, if you have solid ideas, they’ll support you to take them through to implementation.

Not hung up on titles or the route travelled to get to this point in your career, if you show the desire, you’ll get the support you need to realise your goals.

The lines are intentionally quite blurred between their, Advisory, Testing, IR and Forensics practices, which means when required / desired, you’ll be involved in delivering the broadest cyber security services to a wide range of clients.

Typical Responsibilities of the Cyber Associate:

  • Lead advisory engagements, as a Project Manager / consultant you’ll help clients understand the obstacles they face, develop well thought out solutions and present you conclusion.
  • Work across the entire security landscape, advising on risk management, GRC, helping their clients to become a more secure business with a clearer understanding of the threat landscape.
  • Develop security road maps / remediation / implementation plans
  • Advise on security strategy, tools, controls.
  • Lead training and awareness programmes.

Typical Requirements of the Cyber Associate:

  • Client facing experience in an InfoSec – ideally in consulting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate tech to non tech audiences.
  • Project management / client engagement experience.
  • Knowledge of some or all – ISO27001, NIST, CSF, CIS
  • Knowledge of InfoSec principles, tech and techniques and risk management methods.
