LT Harper is a leading pure play Cyber Recruiter, focused across the UK and USA. We are looking for ambitious team players to join our team as we continue our journey to become THE globally recognised Cyber recruiter.
Upon joining, you will be inducted onto the LTH Academy program, which will take you through an intense 4 week training schedule designed to teach you the recruitment fundamentals and give you the foundations for success. Over the following 5 months, through a blended learning approach (video, coaching, 121s, observing and doing), you will be developed into a 360 Recruiter within a niche area of Cybersecurity.
Over the 1st 12 months, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities which will include:
- Sourcing and Building Relationships with Candidates and Clients
- Identify new business opportunities for yourself and the wider business
- Providing world service to your customers
- Ensuring you meet agreed deliverables internally and externally
