Bid Manager – Cyber Security Training – £55-60k
Growing Security Service provider/Consultancy is currently looking for a hands-on Bid Manager to support their ambitious growth plan through writing and pricing of proposals and bids. As part of the Business Operations team, you will support the Chief Revenue Officer, Business Development, Account Management and Presales to drive the efficiency and quality of proposals and ultimately increase their win rate.
To be considered for this role, you need to have experience in:
- Writing and managing bids and proposals.
- Cyber Security products and services (Cyber sec products exposure ideally but happy to consider bid managers from IT security or consultancy covering ops centre/ security vendors)
- Commercial acumen and creativity.
Your responsibilities include Bid writing, Bid Pricing, Bid Management, Bid Process and building internal/external relationships.
The right Bid manager will be proactive, results orientated, high achiever looking to advance their career in bid & strategic proposal management. The successful candidate will demonstrate solid commercial acumen, creative flair, excellent communication, and people-management skills all underpinned by a positive attitude and the motivation to win.
Salary circa £50-60k hybrid role mainly home but be good to come in and work from London offices / sites once a month or so.
