£45k – 55k + discretionary Bonus

As a cyber consultant working for this consultancy you’ll hit the ground running and be actively involved in project delivery as soon as your on-boarded.
Never siloed, you’ll get exposure to the full lifecycle of cyber, from initial security maturity assessment, to developing and implementing suitable security strategies.
You’ll quickly gain an appreciation of how the same threat can pose a greater or smaller risk to different businesses or sectors and how to propose suitable solutions based on the level of risk.
Its in your employers interest to create a rounded consultant with a desire to progress and learn. Some of the Skills Required by the Cyber Consultant:
- Experience conducting security risk assessments / gap analysis
- Have a knowledge of or experience advising on business risk, and giving risk mitigation solutions.
- If you have certs – all good but not essential, it’s the person that comes first + they’ll help you get certs if you want to.
- Knowledge of and experience implementing information security frameworks and standards such as the ISO 27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials
- Great coms. Bot verbal and written with the ability to communicate tech jargon to non tech audiences.
This is a hybrid role, split between home, site visits and office as required.
