A family business for over 80yrs, our client now has a global presence with over 4000 employees. The IAM Auditor role is a new role and therefore a chance to make it your own.
As their 1st IAM Auditor and you’ll own the full IAM life cycle on this greenfield project.
You’ll be joining a team of experts (and very nice people) at the early stages of a tech transformation across the whole business. Play you part in owning and delivering scalable solutions that work today and can be evolved for the future.
As the SME and 1st point of contact for all things IAM, you’ll work with the GRC manager on the entire IAM lifecycle. From initial assessment to developing solutions/strategies, and selecting and implementing/overseeing the implementation of those tools.
What’s your end game – create a functional, scalable solution that will improve the business resilience and functionality.
You need to be somebody that gets excited by the lack of maturity, someone not easily phased by the task ahead. Never BAU, this is a broad and exciting role.
Requirements of the IAM Auditor:
- Experience working in IAM roles that have exposed you to the full life cycle – audit/scope requirements – tool selection – implementation – scaling, and maintaining IAM TOOLS SUCH AS CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Saviynt, or SailPoint, etc
- A willing collaborator with the wider security team and diplomatic communicator with key stakeholders (outside of the security team) who can talk tech or non-tech to suit the audience.
- An understanding of IAM across cloud and security frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST etc would also be useful.
