Information Security Manager:
Salary – £50k – £60k + Bonus and benefits
Location – Hybrid = Home / Office 2 days month

You’ll be the Information Security Manager for a division of a Financial institution. End-to-end involvement in the entire InfoSec lifecycle you’ll be reporting into and supported by the Head of Dept and assisted by your ISMS coordinator. The perfect role to cut your teeth or hone your skills as an Information Security Manager
Responsibilities of an Information Security Manager:
- Working closely with the IT and Change teams you’ll have ownership of the entire ISMS and manage the security activities delivered by our client and their 3rd parties.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the control framework, conducting internal audits ahead of external assessment. Ensuring a defense exists that will secure the business.
- Carry out security maturity assessments, and implement controls as required.
- Articulate security measures through the business using jargon-free language and training.
Requirements of the Information Security Manager:
- Broad knowledge of the security landscape including GRC, 3rd party risk.
- Experience going through the full lifecycle of the ISO 27001 implementation and successful accreditation.
- Excellent verbal and written comms.
- Excellent attention to detail – this role will require you to be very organised.
