An exciting opportunity for individuals looking to take the leap into an InfoSec Analyst – Project assurance position. You will be joining the company at an exciting time, as they have invested hugely in modern technology and are moving to a full Microsoft Azure Stack. The InfoSec Analyst – Project assurer will be adaptable as well as forward thinking. They will be responsible for InfoSec Project Assurance, Security Compliance and Security Risk Assessments.

InfoSec Analyst/Project Assurance Responsibilities
- Working with the Infosec team on technology Risks Assessment and Compliance
- Understanding security risks to ensure best practise across the technology team
- Providing InfoSec Assurance across the companies projects and solutions
- Identifying and recommending new technologies, tools and techniques
- Aiding in pilot schemes and proof of concept solutions to create patterns.
- Support in reviewing, developing and delivering the vision for future security goals
- Conducting deep dive analysis on technology and data solutions
- Provide threat and vulnerability analysis in addition to security advisories
- Investigate, document and report on information security issues and emerging trends
- Innovative ways of making security “invisible”.
- Threat model current and future network and data design architecture
InfoSec Analyst/Project Assurance Skills & Experience
- Use of Jira, TFS (MS Azure DevOps) or similar ITSM/Ticketing tools
- Relevant information security qualifications
- Stakeholder management with all areas of the business in a consultative manner
- Knowledge of security frameworks in particular Cyber Security Essentials. ISO27001 and NIST
- Practical experience of implementing and maintaining technology security practice
