Red Team Senior Manager – Fully Remote role – UK based residents ONLY

The Red Team is made up of Red Teamers, Penetration Testers/Ethical Hackers and other Cyber Security professionals.  The Red Team Senior Manager will essentially be assisting clients and leading the team to deliver the most effective security controls and road maps.  My client goes above and beyond the average penetration test by offering high level attack simulation capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in web application, network infrastructure and mobile penetration testing along with prior experience in a Red Team role at a senior level.

Responsibilities of the Red Team Senior Manager:

  • Scope, manage and deliver complex Red Team engagements for high profile clients
  • Leading the Red Team to identify vulnerabilities within client’s IT and Infrastructure using a range of offensive security tools
  • Research advanced Red Team topics for to ensure clients always receive an advanced service
  • Manage key stakeholders
  • Act as an SME within the Red Team along with mentoring juniors members of the team

 
Requirements of the Red Team Senior Manager:

  • Commercial experience in delivering Red Team projects and engagements
  • Experience in using operation systems, command & control frameworks, cloud platforms and active directory
  • Cyber Security Industry qualifications such as CRTO, OSCP, OSCE/OSCE3, CCT-Inf/CCT-App along with CREST* CCSAS and CCSAM are highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills are essential
