Role of a Sales Director:
My client is a world leading cyber AI company and the creator of a cutting edge autonomous response technology. With the sales team driving the company forward, they are looking to bring on a sales director to assist in growing the sales team whilst ensuring targets are met for team and individual representatives.
The responsibilities of a Sales Director:
- Coaching, mentoring and motivating a high producing sales team whilst generating revenue opportunities for the organisation.
- Help grow and maintain the sales team through hiring.
- Formulate and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans.
- Assist in managing programs and campaigns to achieve target goals for team and individual representatives.
Experience needed of a Sales Director:
- 4-5 years software sales experience with a successful track record.
- 6 months – 1 year of leadership experience in an enterprise environment.
- Success in building, growing and managing a highly prolific sales team.
- Personally demonstrated that both external and internal customers are a high priority by identifying, and responding to their needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Bachelor’s degree required.
