SALE DIRECTOR – Hands ON – SAAS – SMB – £150K
Sales Director / VP of Sales is currently required for a UK based, innovative, Cyber Security vendor. This role requires someone who can come in, roll out a new business, direct selling strategy with a chance to build out the function to get them to the next level.
As a senior leader of the company, this person will work together with the CRO to help craft the forward direction and Sales strategy of the company. You will be responsible for driving efficiencies, maximising impact and, fundamentally, driving revenues whilst maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction as the company grows in stature, capacity, and renown.
An experienced leader or a team lead that is ready for the next step would be ideal for this role – you will have management responsibility for creating a team for the company’s inside sales activities. The SD/VP Sales must be willing and able to roll their sleeves up and have a hands-on approach to leading, building and executing in a technology start-up.
To be considered for this role:
- Successful commercial experience in B2B SaaS businesses with proven management across inside sales and lead generation.
- Experience of designing, proposing and implementation of a sales plan, ideally within a start up or a scaling business i.e. series A/B
- Experience with enterprise and channel sales.
- Creating, developing, and managing a scaling sales team accountable for quotas, compensation plans and performance objectives.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline to accurately forecast and deliver revenue commitments.
