Everyone Matters

We are focused primarily on gender diversity and as it stands, 26% of our hires are females in cybersecurity.

We have done this through a commitment to building out networks of women in cyber and providing them with access to resources that will help them develop their skillset in cyber.

Our dedicated diversity and inclusion cyber recruiter spends her time interacting with women in cyber and is focused on building long term relationships with them to help with their professional development.

For all of us at LT Harper, diversity and inclusion are not merely trends; they lie at the heart of everything we do. However, we don’t just talk about wanting to do good, we DO good.


Our Director, Kunjal Tanna, was named as a Finalist in the 2020 NatWest everywoman Awards, largely because of LT Harper’s focus on improving diversity in the cyber sector.

We are also proud to announce that we are CERIS approved, ethical recruiters.

D&I Campaigns

We have launched an inspirational social media Gender & Neurodiversity campaigns on our LinkedIn pages, to highlight the many issues still prevalent in the cyber industry, how to improve them, and how to embrace the benefits of a more diverse and inclusive workforce.

D&I Workshops

LT Harper have partnered with multiple organisations, to lend our expertise to influence their internal diversity and inclusion within their cyber teams, by holding practical workshops on attracting and assessing diverse talent, specifically within cybersecurity.

Community Partnerships

LT Harper became one of the very first signatories of the Tech Talent Charter, a non-profit organisation that aims to inspire women to enter careers in tech. We have dedicated many hours of our time to assist with their #DoingItAnyway campaign, as well as getting involved in Hackathons, to come up with practical actions that organisations can take to improve diversity and inclusion.


We are one of the proud supporters of #VersusRacism, a group for security professionals to collaborate and share their personal experiences of anti-racism initiatives within the cyber industry. We took the pledge and are committed to making the cyber industry a more welcoming, inclusive industry for everyone, regardless of their background.
